Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the garment is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
